Exchanges will be granted if you find a problem with your item caused by an error from our end within 48 hours after delivery, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can process your return/exchange and provide you with a return label.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We cannot offer an exchange or refund if you do not contact us within 48 hours of the date your order was delivered. Please provide a picture or video with an email informing us of any issues with your order.
