When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Once an order leaves our possession it is no longer our responsibility. Any issues with delivery or lost packages are the responsibility of the customer, but we will always try our best to assist however we can, within our means. We cannot contact your local post office or UPS to inquire about packages.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Tracking is not updated at a regular rate and may be delayed for up to 5 days from the time an order is accepted by USPS or UPS. Please be patient and know that we are shipping orders as quickly as we can, within our stated processing time of 1-4 business days.
